Phase 1 consists of 21 lots, all adjacent to the St-Mauricie River and is scheduled to be completed in 2021. Phase 2 includes 22 lots located in a wooded environment with common access to the St-Maurice River, as well as private recreational conservation areas allowing for activities such as hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and swimming via a beautiful cobble beach.

Some of the lots have a panoramic view of the St-Maurice River, while others offer a view of the mountainous and forested landscape of the region.

The nature of the project aims at a living environment in nature integrating recreational activities and access to the majestic St-Maurice River. Activities such as swimming, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding and other activities will be featured. A public boat launch is available less than 7 km from the Hameau des 2 rivières. For boating enthusiasts, the St-Maurice River is marked out over 130 kilometers and offers numerous docking points and superb viewpoints along the way.
