At the 21st annual Qualité Habitation Gala that took place on November 5, 2011 in Laval, Quebec, Junic Construction was named BUILDER OF THE YEAR - category NEW CONDOMINIUMS with independent entrances (average value of units less than $200,000) for their Condos Bruxelles project in Le Plateau. Winners this year were selected from over 1600 eligible companies.
