Broccolini launched its operations in 1949 when its founder Donato Broccolini built the first single-family house in Montreal. From his early days in the industry, Donato has always emphasized the importance of values ??such as honesty, integrity, perseverance and entrepreneurial spirit. But above all, he emphasized the importance of building lasting relationships with his clients and collaborators, and he embodied the pride of a job well done. At the end of the 1970s, the company moved towards the industrial and commercial sectors. In order to support him with the management of the company, it was in the 1980s that Mr. Broccolini recruited his three sons: John, Joseph and Paul. Under the direction of the Broccolini family, the company penetrated new markets with the construction of retail businesses, manufacturing facilities and industrial complexes across Quebec.
Along the way, Broccolini also expanded its activities in the real estate market by purchasing strategic land which became the sites for several projects of which the company is particularly proud. Today, three generations of Broccolini administer the company, diligently pursuing its growth in Quebec, Ontario and across Canada. To support them, there is a team of more than 500 dedicated employees with experience from various disciplines such as engineering, architecture, real estate, development and, of course, construction.
Broccolini's ultimate goal is to build lasting relationships with our partners and customers. This business philosophy has allowed Broccolini to achieve trusted partner status with several important national and international brands and companies, such as Canadian Tire, Best Buy, Sobeys, Wal-Mart, Costco, Purolator, Ikea, Amazon , National Bank, Saks Fifth Avenue, ABB, Mountain Equipment Co-op, XTL Transport, and Public Works and Government Services Canada, to name a few.
